All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right!
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@wittyscentsco.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage
We'll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Please note:
- Items must not be used or burned to qualify for a replacement
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
