We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping and free shipping on qualifying orders:
- Orders under $50: Flat rate shipping ($6.99- $7.99 depending on current rates)
- Orders $50 and over: FREE shipping
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Shipping Issues
Witty Scents is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at support@wittyscentsco.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will make it right.
